I recently started to work on gene set variation analysis (GSVA) with Asthma as application.
Vessel segmentation
I was working on a semi-supervised vessel segmentation project at WEISS/University College London in the summer of 2021.
Cell-Lab
Instance segmentation with a Mask R-CNN with computer vision generated masks for cells.
Multi-task classification
At the Ophthalmology department of the Medical University of Vienna, I was working on the classification of Fluorescent Angiography images while using a multi-task ResNet.
ANOVA
At the Austrian Research Institute for Chemistry and Technology (OF), I was working on tha Variance Anaylsis of toxicity in packaging and silicones.

MICCAI 2020 (International Conference on Medical Image Computing & Computer Assisted Intervention) took place from 4-8 October 2020.
SSIMA 2019
SSIMA 2019 (Summer School on Imaging with Medical Aplications) took place from 16-20 September in Bucharest, Romania. The lectures focused on deep learning and big data in healthcare, and medical imaging.

Austrian Cleanrooms Annual Meeting 2018
The ÖRRG annual meeting focused on microelectronics and took place on 29 June 2018 . Within the convention, the Silicon Alps focus group "Cleanroom Technology" had its kick-off meeting, focusing on vision and goals.
